Ikey immobiliser can bypass?
« on: January 31, 2010, 10:31:45 AM »
I wanted to fix Zenesis or Viper alarm, those higher end with 2 way paging and tube sensor.
Reason being that I frequent JB often. But I realised that latio have to use Ikey which i not sure if I still can installed my desired alarm and will it void TCM warranty.

Same here, I also wish to install the 2-Way alarm system to remotely turn on the engine and air-con. I have tried it in JB accessories shop and it cannot be done to bypass the iKey.

Viper got add-on module for our ikey. If need to use 2-way alarm, ikey will be disable and your spare key must be cut to take out the Chip for 2-way alarm remote control.

What's the difference between roast beef and pea soup?

Most people can roast beef.

If I'm not wrong, ZMC actually have bypass kit for cars with immobilizer like our latio.

So I suppose no issues with the zenesis? :)

Bro, if u want viper alarms can call this number 6744 7866. It's the local authorized dealer. Be prepared though, their systems are very very expensive.
