I am considering to get one of this device.

Can anyone please share some experience or comments on the below?

i) Admission of captured video clip as evidence to claim against someone in cases where photos at the scene does not paint the complete sequence of events.

ii) Insurance claim using the captured video clip?

thanks a lot in advance

There was a incident involving a lorry reversing into a car and making a claim that it was the car that knock into it. Luckily car owner had a car cam recording the incident and was found not liable. So I think it is admissible. If fact if these fraudster submit false report they are only getting themselves into trouble. Cos in the end no insurance company will want to insure them.
