i recently change all my shock absorbers as my car just over 3 years, 50km. bought kyb absorbers from yuen thong for abt $420, 2 x front and 2 x back.

change them at autosaver for 150 with normal alignment. during the change, was informed that they will change my mounting bracket if necessary and each piece cost $45 - luckily no replacement required.

total damage $570 but honestly my car still feel about the same haha..

just did my 70k servicing at Autoaid this morning.

Brought my own engine oil and did throttle cleaning on top of the servicing.

Price was reasonable, staff was friendly.

The younger mechanic did everything as my car was the only car there.

Eric's father and the older mechanic were in good mood(perhaps), chit chatted with me while the servicing was done.

Would go back to them again.

what is the damage for 70k servicing at AA?

I spent less than $100 for the servicing plus throttle cleaning as I brought my own engine oil, a discount was given.

any idea how much it cost to do a 80k service at Autoaid? How much rebate given if we bring our oil there?

not too sure. the last time I did my 90k with them, it cost me only $30++, since I bring my oil, oil filter and air filter.
