If you always service according to manual or those ABC packages then just goes by book. Else you have to ask workshop to check the condition of your car before you change any parts.
Fuel filter, in Tank type? let me know if you have a good lobang to get it replaced.
atf oil, coolant, and all other oils depend on when is the last time you flushed them.
belt, pump, brake pad, wiper etc depend on the condition.
air filter/ aircond filter does not cost much if buy from forum, these can change.
you asked what NEED to change so don't change anything that is still function as per normal.
