Tyres are the only contact your car has with the road. You should spend a bit more to get tyres with decent grip at least. Dun cos of saving a bit of money, ended up spending more cos the tyres fail you during an emergency.
Go for Eagle F1 if u dun mind the road noise. Got decent grip and very good wet grip. Think i got it for bout $75-85 2 years back for 15".
Else you also cant go wrong with those more popular brands like GR90, etc (jia lag, cant think of any off-hand).
How i save on tyres is to read up the reviews for recommendation tyres in the forum, den check the commercial sale for those tyre shops, call them up and ask them to quote me the price for the tyres i want and would get from those who give me the best price.
Do note that when u purchase at cheap price, you might be short-change in the service level though.
