Radiator fan not working...

My engine temp turn red and found out the radiator fan not turning? It cost about $400 to change at TC...anyone knows how much to change at outside workshop?

Have you check the relay? The switch that automatic turn on the fan when hot. Maybe this is the culprit.

I had the same problem when new.  I think the high speed fan did not turn on, will over temp if encounter long jam.  Repair cost was free due to warranty.

Like eddie mentioned, it might be just the relay or wiring fault.  If yes the cost should be minimal.

Now then I noticed that our car dont have temp meter, wahahaha..
Wouldn't it be a little too late to realize/rectify when the temp light is up?

Could be the cause of poor connection ( the connector got burnt).
* :confused1:Not sure is it the fan located on the very first line in the car bonnet.
 
That's what happen to mine when the WS engineer show it to me.

ho do we know if the fan not working? only when the temperature indicator turns red?

On the air-con and open the bonnet, than see if the fan is spinning.  :confused1:

there are 2 speed for latio fan motor,some times the first speed is faulty.
