« on: July 31, 2012, 05:43:28 PM »
my latio is coming close to 4 years and just changed battery 3 months ago..noticed that the locking/unlocking beep sound is weaker than usual..used to be higher pitch and now is limpy abd lower pitch..more to bassy..anyone know what happened or what can be done?

very strange..yesterday the remote died out completely and i thought either its totally spoilt or the battery is flat out..although the battery is changed in 1st quarter of this year..bought a CR2025 from a thrift shop at Telok Blangah and changed on the spot..voila works immediately and the weak limpy beep sound is gone as well..i dun know how a weak battery would affect the beep sound but glad that its solved  :D
