Cigarette Power Socket
« on: April 26, 2012, 04:58:38 PM »
I would like to know if anybody had modified the cigarette power socket.

I mean when your devise had plug into the socket, it is in ON mode automatically whether you had switch on your ignition or not.

I understand that when the ignition is switch off, all devise will be switch off. I want it to be ON all the way. Can it be done? Tks.

Why wanna on it even off the engine ? Presume you want to charge something overnight ? If yes have you consider your battery lifespan ?

Not charging something over night. It's charging my battery during the day. I wonder can it be done, so that I don't need to wire direct to the battery.
