Any bro experienced this? Is it brake pad wearing out or rotor?

Only audible when driving beside a wall with windows down.... normal travelling on road can't hear at all.

I'm no expert, but my experience with whinny brakes is usualy brake pads worn.

recently my brakes also come out with the soft "yii yii" sound... does not seem to be brake pad worn because i just went for servicing 1 month ago.....

anyone care to share if having the same experience before?

Yep, my coilover gave me this yii yii sound, iritating.
