Screeching / Hissing Sound when AirCon on

Hi Kelvin, i just bought my latio 3 days ago, it's a Oct '05 latio. Got this hissing sound from the aircon whenever i on it and got some screeching sounds. Also encountered some vibration/rattling sound when i stepped on accelerator to move off. Can you advise what could be the possible causes of these issues? Thanks
