Thud sound when accelerating from stationary.
« on: July 03, 2013, 07:11:35 PM »
I need some urgent advise whether is this abnormal?

For my Latio, at times when I'm accelerating from stationary and suddenly release the accelerator due to car in front jamming brakes, I can hear a thud sound coming from the front if the dashboard. Hence I presume it's from the engine bay.

Is this an indicator of my cvt gearbox failing?

Might be engine mount.
