Greetings everyone
Here's my neubie question after doing my 1st 1K servicing :confused1:
Should we not change both engine & transmission oil at our 1st servicing?
My rationale is that both engine and transmission oil change will help to drain of micro metal bits that invariably are present in a new ride.
Or am I extreme?  :yehyeh:
Cheers

After my 1KM, I was no longer crawling below 3k RPM. Suffice to say, no one here should be reporting about travelling beyond 100KM here least eyeballs are watching . . .  :zipped: :zipped: :zipped:

SS are installed to rectify stock suspension which are too "soft", once installed, the SS will help improve cornering and prevent your car from lowering too much when you have passengers at the back. Hope this helps.

After intall the SS, do you feel bumpy compare with stock suspection?
BTW, what is the labor for the installation?

remove the clips at the top, about 16 of 'em.

take out the big black plastic piece,

reach in, loosen the catches of the front grill.

eyelid is NOT legal.

stock rims can fit 195, no issues, but if you're sticking with 65, what for? during a hard corner, your sidewalls will still "bend" so it pretty much defeats the purpose.

go for 195/55/15, odo difference is lesser and you get MUCH better handling, of course at the cost of some comfort.

prob can try hankook. i personally like them a lot. =]

try out v2, or rs2 if you're aggressive enough in driving.

really depends on how you drive. my toyo lasted 30k. =]

use a fishline or a thin flat-tip, pry it out. be firm, not reckless.

Some info on stock rims pls
« Reply #219 on: September 20, 2008, 10:36:20 PM »
Hi all
Need someone's help to confirm the specs of the stock 15 inch Latio rim -  think its 4x100 ? What about the offset, centre bore and width ?

Is there any difference in specs between the Sports, Basic and Premium versions' rims ?

Thanks !
