charcoal deodorant
« on: May 05, 2008, 11:41:34 PM »
for those who put pieces of charcoal in the car to remove odour or freshen up the air in the car.....
the recent hot weather got me thinking...what if the car were to park in the open under the hot sun, with pieces of charcoal in the car. will the heat cause the charcoal to start burning/ignition?

oxygen + heat + fuel = fire

charcoal = fuel? ::)

Ever tried starting fire with charcoal at BBQ?  Not that easy to start fire, even with lighter and starter.
