Wa lau, when when? hit now?

I just pumped Caltex Silver 95 @ S$1.886 / Litre

Pump this 2nd tank (pumped after slightly lower than 1/2 tank mark) just now....

Trip 294.4km when I pumped this 21.58 Litre

How many km/litre then? 294.4 / 21.58 = 13.64km/litre my FC?

:(

sorry, i must agree because i don't know how to disagree. agreeeee only....

Yes, something like that. But you have to do it the few more time and average it out to reduce the errrors..

This monday all fuel up $0.05 so ron 95 was $1.836 and ron98 $1.910

So in the month of oct fuel price up by $0.10. OCT 1 fuel price also increased by $0.05.

At this rate in no time we will be paying $2 => $2.10 => $2.20 =>.....

iagree ur caltex corp card 15%, does it tie to any veh number and does it entitle to Thanks! points?

oh. sorry, no tie to any veh #. and the points go to my StarCard.
just now i gv the cashier the starcard + the points card, she said the point card is not allowed to use coz the point will go to starcard only. :(

i just used the card.
on the receipt, it shows 5% discount.
i dont hv to pay cash.
it will deduct from my mthly salary. on my mthly salary, it will removed the 5% and give 15% discount coz the 15% is the corporate discount. the 5% at station will be shown on the receipt upon i use the card at the petrol station.

but caltex only give a 15% nett for me.

i pumped $40, on the receipt it shows 5% discount, and suppose to pay $38 i.e. $2.
but when i receive my mthly salary and caltex bill, it will deduct 40% x 15% from my salary. i.e. $6.
the savings is alot.
if you want, i got a mthly quota of $350, $120 is $120.
if u want, we meet up, u use my card to pump, then u pay me cash loh. e.g. u pump $40, then u pay me $34. something like that.

i dun thk i can finish $350 quota. anyway, even though if i can finish this quota, my colleagues leh? i got so many of them, i can get them to let me use the card mah... hahah. but the mar huan thing is that, we got to drive to caltex station to meet up then can pump hahaha.... the nearest caltex stn is ard Jln Bkt Timah Road, that is the nearest when i was off from work, driving back to Clementi from Riverside point after working hours. let me know if you guys want to enjoy the 15%. but hahaha, $350 quota  nia.

regards.

Oh. Normal Maybank card (SG) credit card can't enjoy that %?
How is that % given to us? Mthly basis from the mthly stmt when we charge the bill to the CC?

I have so far used that card only for a month. The 5% rebates will be rebated to you in the statement. Basically they will offset the bill with the rebates.

But not too sure about Treatz points though. So far didn't see any Treatz points being credited in my first statement. Will monitor for the next few months.

Nevertheless, it is a good card with good privileges and good exchange rates for shopping in MY.

worth to try to get one then.

offset means?
let say your bill amt is $100.
the 5% rebate is $1.00

you need to pay $99 to clear your bill?

nowadays... the NewYorkStockExchange's Oil prices must be closely monitored... petrol stations used to take a long time to react to cruel oil prices increase but nowadays, once the NYSE Oil price go up... our local petrol stations will take the opportuntity to tune their prices up.   the effect is rather immediate...  :glare:

Bro,

WTI crude is traded on NYMEX (New York Merchantile Exchange), not NYSE.
