The price the SE offered me was 60112. not sure whether got cash discount.....

Dunno want to continue to wait... this week bid is already the 3rd bid... seems to me TCM will not increase their COE bid for me to secure... so i thought no point wasting each other time..

If this coming bid still cannot get the COE, maybe i will go and ask for a refund on my deposit... though it stated 6 bids...

There is such thing in law called "unfair contract" and also it seems they are unwilling to fulfil the agreement ... haha... so can use to whack TCM to give me back my deposit.

Which model is yours that cost nett price of 60112?  Also, are you currently driving a nissan car?  (There is a loyalty discount of $500, if you are.)

Cheers!

Normal is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work and driving through traffic in a car that you are still paying for, in order to get to the job you need to pay for the clothes and the car and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it.

Hi all Bros, I have LOST the 3rd BID today. Straight 3 loses. Thanks to TCM n my SE. Now I get very PISSED OFF liao. last month told SE that i will juz take the open cat n not wait, was told to wait s he is confident to get it this round. now he say TCM relunctant to increase bid. I will not take the open cat already. since i waited for such long time, might s well wait further n even finish the 6 bids so that i can buy a Honda Jazz liao.

hi eclaire,
me lost too  :( bid price was 12951, i call my SE to up the price b4 4 pm coz it was going above 14k but he no power leh. maybe u can to ask ur SE to push for open cat for u? they usually have meeting to discuss abt this, u try la, maybe they can give u. last few months lowest open cat coe is 13k , i think still reasonable...
btw, i driving jazz currently, lotsa pple got prob with auto gearbox...design issue...i'm getting rid of it b4 trouble comes.tho it served  me well so far...

Cheer up! Dun gv up!
In fact, it might be a good sign. The COE is picking up. I never heard TCM hv to refund the money back. If for the next 3 rounds the COE keep raising, then you can expect higher value of COE and best for your resale value. I got a feel that TCM will die die bid for you (only when?). Just keep the cool and consider carefully when ask to top up COE or take Open Cat. All provided you are no hurry in getting the car. All the best!

Don't mean to rub salt.  I ever asked a SE on whether TCM had ever failed to secure a coe for customer within 6 bids.  Answer is "Yes".  It happened more than once, though the last time was not that recent.  Just sharing facts.

that's y i prepared mentally like what HumbleCar said, lose 6 bids. TCM is not ********. anything more than the projected COE price in our contract, they will not bid for us. i wonder y we lose the bids. izzit our SE want to profit more?

Dear all

sad to hear U guys & gals din get it. The COE price shot up as I predicted. I do not mean to rub salt or say buy other makes sure will get COE, but looking at current trends, very difficult for U all that booked CNY promo will ever get your car in the next 3 bids, coz COE will shoot like no tomorrow, most likely need to top up. Thats what my SM tell me for worse case scenario.

What I understand is the COE price stated in your contract is minimum refund sum, so they use the car price to factor in the difference and variance during bids, most SE will have limited access to bid max for their customers. Only certain lao jiaos. Let me reassure that the SE are not exactly wanting to earn more coms from U although there is a certain % of such thinking, which I'd do too, but the coms come bigger if they close your deal sooner right? not to mention the car loans etc.

Would suggest eclaire not to switch Jazz, coz by the time u switch to jazz u need to pay current factored COE pricing, which is rocketing, why not just top up a little in TCM and get the deal close, I am sure can work out with SE to top a bit, since TCM mgt limited their bidding powers.

Not to put TCM high, but u ask so much things from her and then she now high and dry, think she not making any from this sales, only TCM making. She just wanna close sales and not earn coms from U to stay on the job. its a tough line for these pple
