Haha, I changed twice FOC, both within the first week.  Change first time, no jerk, but noisy.  Change second time, all okay liao.  They did not ask question.  They said goodwill since customer complain problem.  (Think either it is really goodwill or the problem is so common that they don't ask anymore.)

when i call them, they say got to buy the wipers at $29. and the most funny thing is , they suspect i bought a different wiper from wat is in their stock. It is the most ridiculous thing i ever heard.. i mean, wipers is wipers, wat diff does it make ? if they wanna make money, just say so.. no need to make such a lame excuse or reason.

anyway i have found out from my friends, is might be due to me using the normal window cleaner to clean my windscreen, and that is why the problem of jerkiness happens. Will try to clean up using water this afternoon, and see how..

I use to have this problem too, is the wind screen dont have any wax so will like this.

Use the armour wash and wax can already, dont listen to TC. And dont waste $$ on wiper.

Mine use until now no problem , stock one. Last year 15 July until today so far so good.

Some experts and sites say wiper will jerky if we constantly use car window cleaner,n water spa(will solve this problem, dun ask me how).

they advise us occasionally clean with little bit of mama lemon plus water n wipe dry will aviod wiper become jerky too.

I did complain to TC and they just simply change a new pair for me FOC during my servicing(my wiper less than 6mth old nia)

Haha... mine also jerk within first week! Changed it for free during 1K servicing ;D
Normal is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work and driving through traffic in a car that you are still paying for, in order to get to the job you need to pay for the clothes and the car and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it.

Used to have this problem lei... But after I used the rain shield thing.. The jerking went off... when I use windscreen wash without coating a layer of rain shield.. it comes back...
