Seem like my question too chiam
no one ever done DIY for CVT oil replacement. Anyone has changed CVT oil at autosaver before? How much they charge? Thanks
changing cvt oil is not difficult, more or less similar to changing engine oil, there are only 2 points i think you should take note of:
1) make sure that they replace with original NS-2 Nissan CVT oil into your CVT gear box.
2) make sure that they really put enough oil into your gearbox, ask them to double check and confirm with the dip stick after change.
1 4L NS-2 cvt oil is about close to a hundered if i'm not mistaken and add in abit more for their servicing charges i suppose. please obtain more quotes before you commit, I will strongly recommend going back to TCM cos they are liable ...
cheers!
