Well, let me share my experience... :(

Went to Lok Yang service center to do my 10k servicing. Upon collection at 4:30pm, Notice that there are 2 very deep scratches at the right side of my car, just above the back door. Immediately complain to the SA, and as usual say that the scratch has been there for a long time. I got angry and show the service sheet that he didnt indicate any scratch when he inspected my car. Then, he gave the most incredible excuse ever..."Coz u never show to me mah!"   WTH! I kpkb there and he finally consult his supervisor and spray paint the affected part "out of goodwil" The next incredible thing, i got the car in less than 15 mins!! Maybe coz it is near closing time so do chop chop work! The scratches are gone but what puzzled me was that, does it took tt fast to spray pain? Previously, when i send my car to spray paint job at outside workshop for minor scratches, it took one day! Pray hard    that the paint job by TCM will last!!!

Hi bro, wonder how they did your spraypaint so fast?  :confused1: Maybe they rub a layer of wax over to smoothen the scratch, that's why so fast...nevertheless, bad experience... :glare:

Yep, if the scratch is not deep, a wax and polish job will do the trick.

Well, it shows that you're a nice chap bro!  Maybe if you face any prob with your ride next time, do ask online for ideas or feedback before 'banging table' at your SE  :w00t:
