looks like overall toa payoh has some poor review...
Yah, I will be interested to know if there is ant service center without complaints?  ::) Who knows, my next car might still be a Nissan?  ;D

If TPY is so good, it should have been ultra busy on Saturday and not possible to be invited to rush down for the blown bulb replacement and be attended to within a short time. (not for layman at least) . Mind you, Ubi has to service same load of cars on weekends as weekday with manpower cut, according to my previous SA due to its popularity.

Different ppl will have different expectations, so they will report different experience when what they got are almost about the same. Do not read too much, but better experience urself if you like what you see.

If you stay near TPY service centre, just go ahead there then travelling to further area. Unless you fear of the service there. :) Maybe if someone went to TPY, still get such service, then everyone should take a step backward.

So far Bukit Timah is ok for me. Ubi is ok for some drivers here. Heh. Anyway I went in morning weekday, better timing and everyone is in good mood because of good weather as well!  :w00t:

I'm on Ubi since my car collected.  Once I went back and they charge me on horn fuse blown  :mad:for $3+.  From then, I told myself they gonna get it from me. For underwarranty, you charge me for fuse? and later, they got it from me. Later, change gearbox, change front grille, change gear knob, change flap below engine, change power window motor, change silver panel in front passenger seats, change battery, change aircon evaporator, change aircon sensor, and more to come.... :scared:

Isn't staff silly to charge $3+. :confused1:  They should wake up their idea, goodwill for warranty owners and charge to their company instead of going by the book.
