Ignore the noise ah? Then next time i dun wan to see u post abt what 'new noise at boot' and so on ah?  :D

ya. too experience liao now, that's why i am giving my opinion to wave mah.
just ignore it.

seriously, it is endless.

may consider to buy a lexus or bm in near future. hassle free just by paying more, get they to service my car, ask them to come and drive away and service,i got no time to wait for them to finish servicing a car, just like the time wasted to service the car @ tcm. it's so sickening. my time is $, worth few hundred dollar per hour. how to afford to bother abt such small little things.

regards.
sorry, i must agree because i don't know how to disagree. agreeeee only....

My rattling noise came from engine compartment in front.  Sitting at both front passenger seats, you will hear it.  The sound seems to be inside the car, after few rounds of detection, it was confirmed inside the bonet at the air filter.  Each servicing they took the air filter in/out and had cause the connection parts to become loose.

I went down to Ubi, the problem was solved , no more noisy car, very quiet even without the radio ON.
Look for Hussin, we went testing together and he solved it.

wow this is good info..
mine might be this prob... cos both seaters in front can hear it... :bleh:
so i will keep this in mind... check the air filter area under bonnet....
is it visible? if not i can open up and see myself...

air filter is a clip on plastic cover just towards the right of the engine. trace your air intake and you will see there's a bunch of stuff mid-way, with a box covering. pop open the box and u will see the air filter. probably some mounts and screws got loose.

You need two person to test it.  One driver and the other person open the bonet, holds on to the airfilter.  The driver inside could confirm no more sound if the outside guy holds on to the correct part.
According to Hussin, it was some mounting behind the air filter.
