What's the difference between Simonta cotton filter and stock air filter?

Increase in performance?

Longer change intervals?

Just my opinion.

I always think filtration is better for cotton, while allowing more air to flow thru as well....

change interval is more or less than same... once clogged & have oil based stuffs stuck on filter.... its time to change.....

Performance??? old liao.... engine can breath decently.... enough liao

Allowing more air to flow through results in better combustion but this also leads to the engine oil getting dirty faster, as experienced when I used to use the washable Hurricane stainless steel air filter.

FMz,

clarence is a 'bro'? is he?

well, filtration mean the 'power of filtering'? a good airfilter can filter the dirty stuff much better vs the lousier airfilter?

actually, if we relate to OIL Filter? we got Air & Oil Filter for our ride? i not too sure the functions of these 2.

regards.

Didn't Tan Chong or the external workshop change your air filter during your scheduled servicing?

How many kilometres has your air filter done?
