Don't mix up air filter and cabin air filter. Engine air filter is replaced during servicing and is part of NPMP or other heavy maintenance packages. Cabin air con filter is never part of any service package. Want them to change, they will ask you to take $140 aircon service package.

Bro, Air filter is only changed at 40K service. The rest of the time is just clean only.

:) i meant how long would this "treatment" keep the stale smell away from the car?

Never monitor how long. Only thing I know is that I don't have to do it very often.

Wah... That kinda suxs... I didn't realise until now. I used to change air filter every 6000 miles one. This is like 4 times of that man. But U.S. filter is cheap lah.
