my insurance's due in 2wks!! & AIG gave me a so-called 10% NCV, which amts more than what i paid last yr.. crappy..

No, unless you change the ownership of vehicle to your dad's name and pay a transfer fee of about $600+.

Transfer of ownership has to be done via LTA and the transfer fees is to be paid to LTA.

So if you are the 1st owner of your Latio, in paper, it will now have 2 owners if you do an ownership transfer.

wah..thats a very good deal...but me dun qualify yet cos only 1 year driving experience..and
when i tried to source for insurance quotations, all of them telling me its too early to
source now cos my current insurance expire in end Dec...asked me to call back in Nov
