Because Tan Chong does their leather seats in bulk, the package price is more attractive.

But if you wish to opt out, why not just make do with the fabric seats for a year or two until you get sick of it or it is dirty, then change to new leather seats?

This way, you can get a 'new car' feeling again 1 or 2 yr later when you change your fabric seats to leather.   ;D

IMO, you should not opt out the leather seats, choose the right style that you like and tell your SE cos so far leather seats from TCM are pretty good even those fitted locally. but key word - Choose Correctly.

i do agree too.. TCM's Alaccatra leather seats are quite worth the $$$ ... At least cheaper than 3rd party leather seats + installation

BUT if u are looking for those really cool (conduct heat away from our butt fast) fabric (non-leather), then u can opt out for the leather seat loh.

BUT stick to the normal fabric 1st.. use them 1st then change the seat after a few years

Dun change lar, TCM leather seat is pretty good. Save the money for other usage, economy is bad unless you wish to spend more to help stimulate the economy  :bleh:
