thanks for sharing...that's a great piece of news...would be dreadful if the HU cant even read CDs with data in mp3 format...

Hi..I'm new here..collected it 2 weeks ago...latio sports 4AT FL.. my stock HU can play mp3 burned CDs.... tried it out already...

But does anyone have any idea if anything can be done besides changing the HU, perhaps an adaptor or something..to allow us to attach mp3 player/ipod/usb?

Yes, the FL premium Latio still comes with 6 speakers.

same, i tried to burn my mp3 into data format, cannot read. think only audio format then able to read  :crycry:

can, but provide u burn into audio format instead of data format.
i just tried...able to if i burnt into audio format

can, make sure you don't use subfolders for your mp3, put in root can liao

burn in audio format means it is CD not mp3 liao lah.

i did not burn in subfolder and it could not play the MP3s

maybe if someone can take a picture of the screen while playing the songs to show to us that the stock FL HU can read MP3.
