For myself, I also asked a lot in order to know all these. So now my turn to pass on the knowledge.
For the tire pressure, it's best you invest in a pressure gauge with those analogue meter. (not those digital type if possible) Reason is that most of the petrol kiosk pump are not accurate.
For stock tires : Rear -> 30bar (210kpa) Front -> 33bar (230kpa) [When cold - travelled less than 5km]
Rear -> 31bar (220kpa) Front -> 34bar (240kpa) [When warm/hot - travelled more than 5km]
