Car Cover For Latio

Anybody knows where to buy a fitted car cover for latio sport?
I need a cover becos I work in shipyard.  :cool2:

Generally Stamford or AtuoBac should sell the covers...

Understand the pain of your car parking at shipyard due to sand/grit blasting & sea breeze which cause ur car to be rough/corroded after few days parking.
But do take note if strong wind blows.. the car cover might fly away & be of no use at all... I saw many of this situations happens at my workplace also...

There's pros & cons using car canvas..
Pro:    Protect paintwork from killer weathers & dust particles.
Cons:  Straight after you parked & cover ur car, the engine/car heat takes longer time to cool down & also again bad for your paintwork in long term. // You will get wet if it's raining as you need to keep ur canvas...  :devil2:

BTW i'm working nearby shipyard too.... My car paintwork consider gone case liao....  :(  :(  :(

Hi Vincent,

Stamford doesn't sell car cover. I will be going down to autobac this sunday.
What to do? Die die must cover. Rain or dun rain also cover. I kena before when I just got my ride few yrs ago. Even raining also can kena sandblasting and paint hor. So from there onwards, I just cover.
Lucky I learned detailing from bro Albert. So I DIY myself by claying my ride monthly. So far my ride still looks "Gim Gim" than my bosses.

Some time back, I saw a retractable cover cleverly hidden in the rear boot spoiler.

It covers just the top of your car.

You pull it out from the rear spoiler all the way to the front of  bonnet and hook it there. More convenient.

But I am not sure if it is still available for sale here.

Today I managed to get my car cover at autobacs(Ubi). The sales assistant, Mr Paul helped me to test all the sizes(From L-S) without any complain. I really appreciate Mr Paul service. :thumbsup:

For those who want to get cheap and good cover. you can look for "TRUCK/VAN COVER", price is $34.80, size is S-160x70x57 for latio sport.
