Yes, very likely it is used in Hong Kong Airport... 

normal HK police car do not look like tat one...

anyway not all latios made are 1.5L like in singapore...  whether can cheong have to check with the authority then can know...

sg police car dun tink got remove, too slow to pick up. maybe tp car got remove
