BTW, my colleague who just bought a latio hatch back sports had OMV of 18k+...tot it was quite a good deal consider it is a 1.5l car...even toyota also not so high....

High MOV is due to the appreciating Japanese Yen.

Exactly......she paid 65k in total and her COE is abt 14k+...so i did a quick calculation and realised tat TCM didn't over quote..... ::) ::)

In fact, for the last batch of Cefiros sold, Tan Chong did not make any money at all, due to high OMV. They just wanted to close deals as they have an annual quota to hit, set by Nissan Japan HQ.

I see...i was wondering why they still cut the deal when they are not making much....thanks for explaining.... :smile:
