Car lock sensor problem

anyone facing problem with the car lock sensor??

im facing problem with the door sensor for car lock...got to press alot of times before it sense it.
initially i thought is only the door sensor but even with my remote key lock...it could not be detected at times...also have to press a few times sometimes.

anyone facing this problem?

sensor at your door also depends on your car remote battery, change a new one and see if it is better, just less than $3 for a battery.
Another reason could be RF interference, some places such as petrol kiosk will cause our keyless remote to be less sentitive.

oic, i will get the battery replacement.

but how long is the battery life for our remote? my car is only 1yr old...just passed its birthday
