Title: Transponder not working, car setting reset. What's wrong?!

Hi everyone,
Being experienced this twice since 01 August 2012 on my 2007 Latio .
While pressing the button on the handle to open the door, nothing happen.
After pressing a few more time, door finally opened. But upon starting the car, found that trip A & B
Mileage all reset. Even radio presets were all gone.
Car start without any problem. What could be wrong.
My car battery and transponder battery just changed half yr ago.
Might be the alternator, or ecu or any problems.
Pls help to advise. Thanks

hi bro,come down and i can used the diagnostic tool to scan through ur whole system,see what's the fault.
