I'm using 195/65/15. Fills up the wheel wells nicely. Even when car is fully loaded with 5 adults, tyres do not touch car body when going over humps. Car clearance from ground also slightly higher so nowadays exhaust seldom hit the curb when reversing and front bumber dont hit the ground anymore when going down carpark rams.  Your accelaration will slow down a little due to the bigger diameter but my mileage still getting about ave 13km/l.  No other problems so far. Been using for the past 35k km.
