my 1000km experience was bad.. dunno izzit me being too picky or its really bad
i went to the one at tuas... drive in a very narrow lane and then stop my car there. no signboard or anything so i dunno, i walk inside blur blur go one round thought got queue ticket to take, then later i ask the cashier then she told me actually have to wait outside beside my car
i go outside there was this guy who then approached me, then ask me what i am here for, so i told him 1000km service, then he ask me for my key and come back in 2 hours.. then i was like HUH.. wait wait.. i havent even tell u the problems i am facing with the car.. then i asked about the TOK sound when closing the boot, and his reply was instant.. "oh it is LIKE THAT ONE... i can show you the OTHER latio" then up in my mind was, wtf u mean by "LIKE THAT ONE"? this is a $55,000 car I bought, not a $550 toy... i won't take the "It's LIKE THAT ONE" for an answer... then i though to myself... ok nevermind.. i tahan ... i go home figure out myself (then i found the greese solution from this forum! thanks guyz)
then when i collected my car back, my seats, mirrors, aircon, even steering wheel height... everything... was a mess. they gave my car a wash, but it was still wet... there was a slight fine scratches at the right rear side like as though something brushed against the vehicle. i damn sian already.. wait about 2+ hours.. since the scratch not very obvious and some polishing should remove it, i just wanna go home koon so i f*** care and went home.
i dunno if i am biased, cos i used to send parent's car for servicing (european). i also used to drive a renault kangoo van (european, again). the service was much better. even when i own a '96 nissan march those outside workshop like autosavers also treat me better... i feel like just bringing my car to autosavers next time.
