just to compare notes

after you get your car back from servicing at TCM,

1. had the mirrors been adjusted?
2. is the radio channel changed to another station?
3. are the tyres washed?

thanks

Answering your questions:
1. Nope, my mirrors not adjusted.
2. My radio channels not touch.
3. Yes, the tyres are washed and got apply some wheels gloss...

That's why I'm not that angry bcoz they did a good job on my ride. A total of 4 hours (I didn't go and see they do ah)
Servicing time-slot 10am, service agent called me 9am, car ready around 2pm.

I did walk around my car bro, to see any dents or scratches that I'm not aware of. All a-ok only then i notice the hole at wheel. I tot i got drive or mount hump too hard till the cover fall off but I see the other 3 wheels, the cover cannot be easily remove one. As you said bro, lesson learnt.

I meant to walk around when the car is handed back to you, not after having driven off (as what you had mentioned in your earlier post) ...........

Heheh, point noted bro. I just didn't notice the missing cover when I walk around the car when the car is handed back to me.

anyway, it is good that they will replace it
most likely there will be quite a number of such covers at the workshop as some drivers may not have noticed that these were not fixed back

since you did rotation and alignment, the tyres will be

Yah.. forgot about the tire balancing.

lesson learnt - walk round and inspect whole car when taking over car after servicing

  You never know when they return the car with an extra dent or scratch.
I also double check to ensure they did the rotation and pumped pressures correctly. Everytime they also miss one... 2 tires at 230 on one side and 215 on other side. Complain until xian already.

Maybe they were just testing if the blower fan works, but they should have the courtesy to turn it back to the original setting.

my 1000km experience was bad.. dunno izzit me being too picky or its really bad

i went to the one at tuas... drive in a very narrow lane and then stop my car there. no signboard or anything so i dunno, i walk inside blur blur go one round thought got queue ticket to take, then later i ask the cashier then she told me actually have to wait outside beside my car

i go outside there was this guy who then approached me, then ask me what i am here for, so i told him 1000km service, then he ask me for my key and come back in 2 hours.. then i was like HUH.. wait wait.. i havent even tell u the problems i am facing with the car.. then i asked about the TOK sound when closing the boot, and his reply was instant.. "oh it is LIKE THAT ONE... i can show you the OTHER latio" then up in my mind was, wtf u mean by "LIKE THAT ONE"? this is a $55,000 car I bought, not a $550 toy... i won't take the "It's LIKE THAT ONE" for an answer... then i though to myself... ok nevermind.. i tahan ... i go home figure out myself (then i found the greese solution from this forum! thanks guyz)

then when i collected my car back, my seats, mirrors, aircon, even steering wheel height... everything... was a mess. they gave my car a wash, but it was still wet...  there was a slight fine scratches at the right rear side like as though something brushed against the vehicle. i damn sian already.. wait about 2+ hours.. since the scratch not very obvious and some polishing should remove it, i just wanna go home koon so i f*** care and went home.

i dunno if i am biased, cos i used to send parent's car for servicing (european). i also used to drive a renault kangoo van (european, again). the service was much better. even when i own a '96 nissan march those outside workshop like autosavers also treat me better... i feel like just bringing my car to autosavers next time.
