Opinion needed: 2nd hand Latio Sports

Sorry I'm a new guy on the block. Potential 2nd hand Latio Sports owner. Wanted to know whether it was common for the value to drop nearly 35% in 2 years. Or am I missing something. Still has 1 year warranty, and a "15K" OMV for OPC.

Yes, it is very normal for any car to depreciate in such manner in our current local market. Infact, if this is from the dealer, the owner could have suffered almost 50 percent.

so... since this an OPC, the OMV is almost wiped out when "scrap". So lets say I choose to scrap, does this mean I literally get "zero PARF" amd so nobody will pay a single sent for my "well kept" Latio?
