« on: May 31, 2010, 03:57:27 PM »
just want to check anybody exhaust vibrate vigorously when engaging d in the gear. i step on the handbrake and engage d gear. this will stop the car from moving. i then went out to check and found that the exhaust is shaking vigorously. but engaging n and p on the gear will not have this problem. can anyone tell me whether is this normal in latio?

No not normal, get it check.  It could be the exhaust mount problem.

my latio sport gives out rattling sound non-stop when i drive it

it is gettting louder & louder until cannot stand it any more

went back to TCM, they claim it is a common problem

first time, they pushed the passenger seat (adjustable) and the sound was gone but it soon came back

second time, they claim it is the hatchback, they adjusted and it was good for 2-3 weeks

saw some posts that mentioned exhaust pipe problem, intend to ask TCM on third visit
