How to remove vapour/fog inside head light

hi all,

recently just diy bi xenon hid for my ride.think at least 3 wks to 1 mth oridi. just notice tat my left head light become very foggy inside... :(. suspect due to today heavy pouring. but past wk also got rain...y today then water go into it...? anyone can advice wat I can do to remove e vapour/ fog. look very ugly and affecting e light throw now. so sad :(. hope sm1 can gv sm advice.thks

I would suggest remove the bulb, direct hot air from hair dryer into the hole.  The water/vapor will slowly evaporate. 
Make sure when reinstall the bulb, the seal is tight.

problem is how to power up a hairdryer in a multi storey carpark...
