gearbox overhull

Gearbox of my 2008 latio in trouble with some noise in a recent car service. WS recommended doing overhull sooner as COE extended.
please help to recommend reliable ws if you have.
besides, which types of tyre better with less noise?

I did overhaul with Yee Sing (Technic Motorcare Pte Ltd) about 3 years ago. You can get his contact in this forum.
